Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Sr Architect / Principal Architect for project site work at EDRC HQ. You will lead architectural concept to construction detailing, ensuring compliance with NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO codes and standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor in Architecture (mandatory) and 3–5 years of experience in commercial/airport-related projects; Masters preferred. Proficiency in Revit Arch, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Pro is expected.

Qualifications

• Preference given to Airport design experience

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

Requirements

• Desired knowledge and experience
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:(degree, training, or certification required)
• Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Masters in Architecture (Preferred)
• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience of commercial buildings. Preference shall be given to Airport design
