Job summary

PeopleStrong requires a Sr/Principal Architect for EDRC (PAF) at the project site/EDRC HQ. The role covers concept design through construction detailing, with material specs, quantity estimation, and cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure compliant, timely deliverables.

The candidate should hold a Bachelors in Architecture with Masters preferred, and have 3–5 years of experience in commercial buildings, with Airport design exposure given priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture is a must.
• Masters in Architecture is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design concepts, schemes, and detail drawings for construction stages.
• Coordinate with disciplines to resolve inter-disciplinary design issues.
• Select materials, specifications, and perform quantity estimation.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of drawings and documents in compliance with codes and standards.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.
