Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Architect – EDRC (PAF) for project site work at EDRC HQ. The role involves shaping architectural concepts, scheme and detailing, selecting materials and estimating quantities, and coordinating across disciplines to ensure timely, compliant drawings for construction.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in Architecture (mandatory) with 3–5 years of experience in commercial buildings; Masters is preferred. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp is expected.

Project Site/ EDRC HQ Job Purpose
Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards. Requirements Desired knowledge and experience EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)
Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
Masters In Architecture (Preferred) RELEVANT EXPERIENCE(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience of commercial buildings. Preference shall be given to Airport design Competencies required
Architect shall have a passion for innovation and have good presentation and convincing skills.
Familiar with relevant codes and standards NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO etc ,technical knowledge of the detail design engineering process.
