Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in South Mumbai, collaborating closely with project teams to design and deliver high-quality real estate and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and ensuring designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants, as well as liaising with contractors and vendors during construction. The Architect will participate in design reviews, refine plans based on stakeholder feedback, and help resolve design and site issues as they arise. This position also requires preparing documentation, supporting project timelines, and contributing to the overall design vision and quality of Honest Group’s developments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in luxury real estate or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work with Integration and basic Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and project coordination systems.
• Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), with solid visualization and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Mumbai or comparable urban environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site and respond quickly to design and construction challenges.
• Experience working on high-rise or complex mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
