Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based in Mumbai with working in our office . The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs and detailed drawings for a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, site conditions, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing design solutions, preparing plans and 3D visualizations, coordinating with engineering, interior design, and project management teams, and supporting integration with specialized systems where required. The role involves participating in client meetings, refining designs based on feedback, preparing documentation for approvals, and assisting in overseeing design implementation during construction. The Architect is expected to contribute to innovation, sustainable design practices, and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring design deliverables and timelines.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, and integration of digital design platforms).
• Relevant skills include proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., ZWCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent), knowledge of building codes and regulations, and an understanding of sustainable and environmentally responsive design.
• Beneficial qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent), registration or licensure as an architect where applicable, experience with multi-disciplinary projects, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams.
