Job summary

Talati and Partners LLP – India in Mumbai seeks a Design Architect to contribute to architectural projects from concept through detailed design. On-site work at the Worli office, collaborating with internal teams and consultants to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

The candidate will create design concepts, refine drawings, and participate in client meetings while coordinating with project managers to align with schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience.
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
• Experience in Design Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of design workflows.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for various project stages.
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a studio environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Prior experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, and a strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical capabilities.
