Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating interior and architectural solutions across residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. Daily responsibilities include site visits, surveys, and supervision to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing presentations, BOQs, and technical documentation, and supporting approvals and compliance requirements. The Architect will also participate in project planning, resource coordination, and design reviews to deliver well‑executed, functional, and visually coherent spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, interior layouts, and detailing.
• Proficiency in Software Development‑adjacent tools and workflows for design (e.g., CAD/BIM software, 3D visualization, and digital collaboration platforms).
• Experience with Integration of design solutions across disciplines, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other specialists.
• Proven Project Management skills, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing work from concept through execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent professional qualification; valid professional registration/licensure is an advantage.
• Experience in interior or healthcare design projects is preferred, with familiarity in codes, standards, and functional planning for such spaces.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to evolving requirements, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced studio environment.
