Qualifications

• Strong skills in architecture and design with experience in conceptual design, space planning, and detailing.
• Proficiency with architectural and interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Office Suite, and ideally Revit.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including clear documentation skills.
• A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (e.g., B.Arch, M.Arch, or equivalent); 3–4 years of relevant experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings, design presentations, and detailed documentation.

This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team of architects and interior designers to develop and execute design projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural and interior design drawings, design presentations, and detailed documentation; coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors; and participating in site visits to ensure design intent are maintained. The role also includes contributing to space planning, material selection, and integration of functional requirements into creative design solutions. Team members are expected to manage timelines, support project coordination, and assist in maintaining high standards of design quality and compliance with local regulations.

• 1. Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in conceptual design, space planning, and construction detailing.
• 2. Candidates should possess relevant technical skills such as proficiency with architectural and interior design software [e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Office Suite (Power Point, Excel & Word), Photshop, preferable Revit, etc.] and familiarity with Integration of design components into cohesive project solutions.
• 3. Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities, including clear documentation skills and the capacity to work effectively in a team-based studio environment.
• 4. A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (e.g., B.Arch, M.Arch, or equivalent), Prior experience (of at least minimum 3 to 4 years) in architectural or interior design projects are highly beneficial.
