Role Description

The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and refining layouts from schematic design through detailed construction documentation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits in Mumbai, and ensuring that design intent is maintained throughout project execution. The role involves reviewing plans for functionality, compliance with local regulations, and integration of structural, MEP, and interior elements. The Architect will also support project management activities such as tracking timelines, managing documentation, and assisting in tender and construction processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and regular interaction with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Ability to collaborate on Integration of structural, services, and interior elements to create cohesive, buildable solutions.
• Experience with Project Management tasks such as scheduling, coordination with vendors and consultants, and documentation control.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or pursuit of licensure is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
