Job summary

Meyer Organics in Bengaluru is seeking a fresher with a B.Sc or M.Sc to support the stores and materials handling functions. The role involves receiving, issuing, storing, and documenting materials in alignment with ISO and FSMS standards.

You will coordinate with QC for approvals and maintain cGMP practices across the stores. Location is Bangalore, with responsibilities spanning daily stock verification, labeling, and adherence to audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw, packaging, and miscellaneous materials per PO/approved vendor list.
• Maintain documents per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and audit requirements.
• Dispense and issue materials as per production needs.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and stores logs across all stores.
• Perform periodic stock verification for raw and packaging materials.
• Store and allocate bins for newly received/approved materials.
• Affix loose labels for containers after dispensing.
• Verify and update BMR & BPR against ERP copy.
• Coordinate with QC for timely approval and COAs from vendors.
• Verify material retest dates; coordinate sampling, analysis, and approval.
• Maintain cGMP compliance in all PM areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for receipt of Raw, Packaging & Miscellaneous materials as per PO/Approved vendor list.
2. Responsible for maintaining documents as per ISO 9001:2015(QMS), ISO 22000: 2018(FSMS) and any documents pertaining to Audit requirement.
3. Dispensing and issuance of raw/packing materials as per the production requirement.
4. Monitoring & record of temperature and relative humidity/other stores log in all areas across the stores.
5. Responsible for periodic physical stock verification for raw & packaging materials.
6. Handling, storage, and bin allocation for the newly received and approved materials.
7. Affix the loose labels for loose cont./bags after dispensing before placing their original place.
8. Verification and updating of BMR & BPR against the ERP copy.
9. Coordinating with QC for on‑time approval of raw materials and arranging vendor COAs.
10. Verification of material retest dates and coordination with QC for sampling, analysis, and approval.
11. Responsible for keeping, maintaining as per cGMP of all PM areas at all time.
12. Any other jobs and responsibility as & when entrusted by HOD.
