Project Trainee - Warehouse

Job summary

PeopleStrong in Goa is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for dispensing raw materials/consumables, printing identification and quarantine labels, and coordinating with the Quality Control department for sampling and approval of materials as per production priority.

You will train technicians in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, ensure proper storage with clear labeling, and maintain a cGMP-compliant warehouse.

Responsibilities

• To perform dispensing of raw material/consumable as per requirement.
• Printing of 'Identification labels' and 'Quarantine labels' for the received and accepted consignments.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department for sampling and approval of materials as per priority of production.
• To train the technicians as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure all material shall be stored in a segregated manner with proper labeling and as per required storage condition.
• To Ensure maintenance of the warehouse with respect to cGMP considering cleaning, receipts, Segregation, identification, dispensing, labeling and records etc.
• To conduct the on job Training programs for staff and technicians.
• To prepare & update the warehouse Authorized person list.
• To follow the SOP of Cleaning of Warehouse and train the Housekeeping personnel.
• To monitor daily cleaning of dispensing, sampling & all warehouse area and fill log of cleaning related logbooks.
• Also to check cleaning of dispensing utensils, Deep Freezer, Cooling cabinet and other equipment.
• To ensure pressure of gauges reading of RLAF is in limit.
