Shine.com is seeking a Development Manager (BDM) for Life Insurance in Delhi. The role targets driving life insurance sales through effective agent management and recruiting/training commission-based agents.

You will monitor activity plans, conduct weekly PRPs, and update Sales MIS while guiding agents on career progression and CRM usage. Candidate must have minimum 4 years in sales, a graduate degree, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
