Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience in SAP and/or Non-SAP applications.
• Knowledge of SAP modules will be an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in application monitoring and incident management.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Experience in an enterprise application support environment will be preferred.
