Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide application support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Finacle core banking solutions and resolve them efficiently.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely resolutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of errors and implement fixes.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, including issue tickets and knowledge base updates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Finacle core banking solutions (Finacle CRM) and its applications in the banking industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat channels.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
