Honeybee Tech Solutions in Pune is seeking an Application Support Engineer L1 with hands-on PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Postman API testing and ITIL processes. Experience in Life Insurance domain preferred. This WFO role requires immediate to 7 days notice.

You will provide L1 support for critical applications, monitor systems, troubleshoot production issues, perform database queries, test APIs with Postman, and coordinate with development and higher-level teams while ensuring SLA adherence.

Formación

• Life Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
• L1 Application / Production Support experience.
• Proficient in PL/SQL.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Postman / API Testing.
• Familiar with ITIL processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1 application support for business-critical apps.

• Analyze database-related issues and resolve them promptly.

• Test APIs using Postman and troubleshoot.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, service requests, and problems.
• Coordinate with development and higher-level support teams.
• Document incidents and adhere to SLA.

Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer L1 with hands-on experience in PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Postman API, and ITIL processes. Candidates must have experience working in the Life Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 Application Support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Analyze application and database-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Work with PL/SQL and PostgreSQL databases for queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, service request, and problem management.
• Coordinate with development and higher-level support teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain proper incident documentation and follow defined SLA processes.
