Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Bengaluru to provide operational support for applications and APIs. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, supporting production releases, and ensuring excellent customer support.

You will analyze logs, validate data, and document findings in ServiceNow, while collaborating with Engineering and NOC teams during escalations. 2–5 years of experience and familiarity with 24x7 environments are preferred.

Qualifications

About the Role

• Manage and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, authentication, and application issues.
• Analyze logs, validate data, and document findings in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Engineering and NOC teams during escalations.
• Perform release validation and smoke testing.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic SQL and Linux troubleshooting
