Role Purpose

Provide 24x7 operational support by handling customer issues, application troubleshooting, API validation, incident investigation and support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests assigned to Availity Extend Support.


• Investigate application, API, authentication and integration issues using approved tools and runbooks.


• Perform initial analysis, collect evidence and update ServiceNow tickets clearly.


• Coordinate with NOC, Senior Support and Engineering during escalations.


• Execute smoke tests and production validation during releases where required.


• Create and maintain KB articles, known error notes and shift handover updates.

Required Skills

REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, basic SQL, Linux basics, log analysis, basic AWS awareness and authentication concepts, AWS fundamentals
