Job summary

3i Infotech in Mumbai - Airoli is seeking an proactive Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for business-critical applications. The role includes incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, release coordination, and ensuring availability while meeting SLA commitments.

You will resolve incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth deployments and change activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application/Production Support.
• Proficient with SQL databases (Oracle/MS SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (Motadata, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as OpManager, Zabbix, Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, performance, and availability of applications.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and RCA.

• Coordinate with Development, Infra, DB, Security, Vendor and Business teams.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application of health, performance, and availability.
• Resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Support application deployments, releases, and change activities.
• Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Security, Vendor support team, and Business teams for issue resolution.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain tickets, knowledge articles, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular status reports.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement.

Required Skills
