The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our software applications. You will work closely with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth application functionality and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Understanding of web applications, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience in cloud platformssuch as AWS/Azure/ Google Cloud
• Well versed withDevOps toolssuch as Docker/ Kubernetes/CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands on experience /Knowledge of software testing.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues reported by users.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring application issues.
• Assist in software updates, patches, and deployments.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices in a knowledge base.
• Support end-users with application-related inquiries and training when necessary.
• Work closely with IT, DevOps, and other teams to ensure application security and compliance.
• Participate in on-call support rotations as required.
