Job summary
CIEL HR is seeking an experienced Senior Production Support specialist for Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on maintaining live applications, resolving incidents quickly, and ensuring stable batch processing and ETL jobs.
You will work with IBM DataStage ETL, PostgreSQL, and IBM Db2, performing proactive monitoring, root-cause analyses, and RCA reports, while meeting SLA targets in a production environment.
Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
- Strong experience in Production Support / L2-L3 Support.
- Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage ETL.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in PostgreSQL.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in IBM Db2.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in ETL job monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of batch processing and job scheduling.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
- Good understanding of application logs and production troubleshooting.
- Experience working with SLA-based production support.
