Job summary

IVY Mobility is hiring a Level 2 Production Support engineer to maintain SQL databases (DB2/MSSQL), troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. You will guide juniors, collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance tuning, data migration, and query optimization, and deepen expertise in SSRS, SSIS, T-SQL, and PowerShell.

Requirements include 2-4 years in L2 production support, a B.Tech/B.E., and strong SQL fundamentals with stored procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in L2 Production Support role with a strong background in SQL Support (DB2/MSSQL).
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of relational databases (DB2/MSSQL) including indexing strategies, query optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in writing efficient stored procedures using T-SQL language.
