Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in application support and issue resolution.
• Experience with incident management and problem management processes.
• Experience supporting Java or Python applications.
• Strong knowledge of databases (Postgres SQL, Oracle), Windows/Linux, and networking basics.
• Ability to support applications running on OpenShift and Azure technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
