Job summary

Careernet is seeking a senior IT operations professional to analyze and resolve complex incidents, manage day-to-day IT operations, and coordinate infrastructure upgrades in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru. You will lead major incident responses, coordinate with internal teams and providers, and maintain observability tooling for improved service stability.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in application support or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Linux systems, and application support in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service, infrastructure operations, and enterprise monitoring platforms.
