Job summary

LTM is seeking a data and ETL support specialist to monitor and troubleshoot SSIS jobs and Python-based applications within production environments. You will investigate data issues, perform RCA, and implement preventive actions to maintain SLA commitments.

You will collaborate with business users, L3 teams, and infrastructure groups to sustain operational stability, execute changes, and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data integration platforms and ETL support.
• Hands-on production support in data/ETL environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and issue management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot SSIS jobs, Python apps, and ETL workflows.
• Investigate and resolve data issues and production incidents.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
