Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an Application Support professional to assist internal and client-facing systems. The role focuses on monitoring applications, troubleshooting issues, and performing incident management with timely resolution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelors in Computer Science or IT, 2–4 years in SQL/Application Support, strong SQL skills, and excellent Hindi communication. You will work in a fast-paced environment and provide documentation and user training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in Application Support / SQL Support (Freshers can apply)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Good understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent Hindi speaking skills (mandatory) along with basic English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
