Job summary

Reyika is seeking an experienced Java application support engineer to provide L2 production support for Java applications in Bengaluru. You will analyze and troubleshoot incidents, perform debugging, and implement Java fixes while writing SQL queries and monitoring system health.

The role involves working in Linux/Unix environments, handling deployments and post-release validation, and documenting incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java application support.
• Strong knowledge of Java and OOPs.
• Hands-on debugging of Java applications.
• Experience with Java code fixes and bug fixes.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell.
• Experience analyzing application and server logs.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools.
