Job summary

PeopleStrong in Rajasthan (Bhankrota) is hiring a Deputy Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead application support and optimization. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, monitor health of applications, and coordinate with developers and IT teams to ensure reliable system performance.

You will create and update user documentation, conduct training sessions, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvements in functionality and user experience.

Qualifications
