PerkinElmer is seeking an Application Specialist — Inorganic in Mumbai to coordinate cross-functional activities and deliver high-level demos of Inorganic PL. You will train sales teams and partners on ICPMS/MS, ICPOES, and related software, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
With a Master’s in Science and 5+ years of experience, you will troubleshoot instruments, support sales, and contribute to market insights and competitive positioning.

Coordinates interdepartmental activities and research efforts.
Plans and provides timely high-level demos of Inorganic PL in agreement with Sales, Product & Business leader.
Assists Sales Professionals in assessing customer needs, differentiating from competition PKI’s value proposition, handling customer objections and helping to close when necessary for Inorganic PL.
Performs product and applications training on ICPMS/MS, ICPMS, ICPOES, AAS, MDS, Speciation to Sales Professionals and third-party agents/dealers and develops sales professionals’ skills for simple demos and independent selling.
Shall be able to take up advanced levels Inorganic PL application & software trainings at COE lab & customer sites.
Capable of troubleshooting applications & instrument challenges to enhance customer experience.
Provides technical support to the local sales professionals.
Assists service partners in developing the training material and becoming independent in performing high level customers training.
Generates a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support.
Maintain domain knowledge and expertise in relevant markets.
Monitors market trends and competitive activity and how this relates to our products/business.
Expertise in of PerkinElmer’s ICPMS/MS, ICPMS, ICPOES, AAS, MDS & its operating software is must.
Masters in Science degree is must with 5+ years of relevant experience.
