Qualifications

• Minimum MSc in Analytical/Organic/Physical Chemistry; PhD preferred.
• 4–10 years hands-on experience with instrument techniques and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage product line documents (PDL, PIR, Catalogue, App Notes, Certificates).
• Support product launches and commercial rollout activities.
• Communicate product life cycle to stakeholders.
• Provide competitive landscape for portfolio and ensure coverage.
• Build and maintain client relationships; execute business plans.
• Research market trends, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
• Assist in updating SFDC database for opportunities and progress.
• Focus on opportunity closure and prospect management.
• Qualify leads from campaigns and present competitive solutions.
• Prepare playbooks and sales collateral addressing features and gaps.
• Train sales and service colleagues; develop training materials.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Managing respective product line-related documents (e.g. PDL, PIR, Catalogue, App Note, Certificates etc) including commercial details available in the system (Portal, SAP, QS3 etc).
• Support Business with product launches and effective commercial roll out activities.
• Communicate product life cycle to all stakeholders.
• Provide a competitive landscape for the complete portfolio of the respective product line.
• Overseeing the overall strategy to ensure sufficient product support coverage.
• Build and maintain client relationships and create and execute business development plans.
• Research and analyze the market trend, regulations requirements, and specific client needs, create business plans with solutions, and generate leads.
• Support Business to identify, update & maintain the SFDC database for opportunity progress and assist in closing deals.
• Focus on opportunity closure and prospect management.
• Convincing new clients and existing customers to make additional purchases.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, contact potential clients, and present them with competitive solutions.
• Research, explore and come up with an alternate solution if a new problem is presented that does not have a straightforward solution.
• Preparation of Compiling a database with a troubleshooting plan, assisting in generating a playbook, and Sales collateral (For Unique features, customer pain points, field concerns, product gaps etc).
• Training sales and service colleagues including developing training programs and materials and conducting training sessions.
• Based on business requirements and commitment to on-site customer support.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification M. Sc. (Analytical/Inorganic/Organic/Physical/Food Technology), Preferably Ph.D. (Chemistry)
• Minimum 4-10 years of Hands-on operational experience in respective instrument techniques, data interpretation
