Responsibilities
- Managing respective product line-related documents (e.g. PDL, PIR, Catalogue, App Note, Certificates etc) including commercial details available in the system (Portal, SAP, QS3 etc).
- Support Business with product launches and effective commercial roll out activities.
- Communicate product life cycle to all stakeholders.
- Provide a competitive landscape for the complete portfolio of the respective product line.
- Oversee overall strategy to ensure sufficient product support coverage.
- Build and maintain client relationships and create and execute business development plans.
- Research and analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and specific client needs, create business plans with solutions, and generate leads.
- Support Business to identify, update & maintain the SFDC database for opportunity progress and assist in closing deals.
- Focus on opportunity closure and prospect management.
- Convince new clients and existing customers to make additional purchases.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, contact potential clients, and present them with competitive solutions.
- Research, explore and devise alternate solutions when a new problem does not have a straightforward solution.
- Prepare and compile a database with a troubleshooting plan, assist in generating a playbook, and create sales collateral (unique features, customer pain points, field concerns, product gaps etc).
- Train sales and service colleagues, including developing training programs, materials and conducting training sessions.
- Provide on-site customer support based on business requirements and commitment.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification M.Sc. (Analytical/Inorganic/Organic/Physical/Food Technology), preferably Ph.D. (Chemistry).
- Minimum 4-10 years of hands‑on operational experience in respective instrument techniques and data interpretation.
Preferred Characteristics
- In‑depth knowledge of the regulation of various markets (Pharma/Food/Applied).
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer support skills & collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral & presentation).
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time well.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
