WALTEX TOOLS & MACHINES in Coimbatore is seeking an Application Engineer specializing in cutting tools to join our precision machining team. You will provide technical support for tool selection, evaluate performance, and collaborate with design and manufacturing for product improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in cutting tools or machining applications, with freshers considered for trainee roles.

Qualifications

• DME/BE/BSc/BBA degree required.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in cutting tools or machining applications.
• Freshers may apply for Trainee Engineers/Executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for cutting tool selection, application and performance evaluation.
• Conduct machining trials, productivity improvement projects and cost reduction studies.
• Recommend suitable machining parameters for optimum tool life and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing for product improvement and new tool development.
