Job summary

Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals, LLC in Vadodara, Gujarat seeks a senior sales-oriented professional with 5–8 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development within the cutting tools and metalworking industry. You will identify opportunities, promote tooling solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

You will engage with customers at multiple levels, deliver product demonstrations, and contribute to growth across key accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development within the cutting tools, tooling, metalworking, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of machine processes such as Turning, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, and Threading.
• Good understanding of Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Cutting Tools, Carbide Rods, Inserts, and Special Purpose Tools.
• Ability to identify customer machining challenges and recommend suitable tooling solutions to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Familiarity with CNC machining operations, cutting parameters, tool selection, cycle-time optimization, and process improvements.
• Ability to conduct technical presentations, tool trials, product demonstrations, and customer training programs.

Responsibilities

• Present sales, revenue, and forecasts to management.
• Build and promote strong customer relationships by understanding needs.
• Identify opportunities and monitor competition.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand share at key accounts.
• Coordinate with Projects, Application, and Support teams to resolve customer challenges.
• Engage at multiple levels to build brand value with customers.
• Conduct brand promotion activities, seminars, and product training at customer sites.
• Participate in trials, troubleshooting, and documentation with CVF.
• Negotiate with customers and channel partners to secure orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams on payment follow-ups and orders.
• Implement business contracts per customer terms and conditions.

• Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.

• Conduct brand promotion activities, seminars, and product training programs at customer locations.
• Participate in major trials, troubleshooting activities, and documentation in coordination with CVF. Perform customer mapping and maintain customer profile cards.
• Negotiate with direct customers and channel partners to secure business orders.
• Coordinate with external and internal teams regarding payment follow-ups, order booking, and related business issues.
• Implement business contracts as per customer terms and conditions.

PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
