Sales & Application Engineer (Cutting Tools)

Job details: 4+ years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of various cutting tools, especially for CNC Machines, with operations such as turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming.
• Good knowledge of the Tool Management system.
• Collaborate with the Development team to prove out new tools.
• Improve productivity by adopting better tooling.
• Experience in selecting tool grades for various materials.
• Provide tooling solutions and cost benefits to customers by working out an optimum cost/component.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving of various metal-cutting problems.
• Collaborate with PED & NPD teams.

Qualifications

• Education: BE (Mech) or Diploma (Mech) with sales engineering background.
• Experience: 4+ years in related roles.
