Job summary

TEOCO in Gurgaon (India) is seeking an Analytics Operations Engineer to own day-to-day performance, stability, and continuous improvement of platforms spanning PM, CM, Revenue Assurance, and Business Analytics. You will bridge operations and engineering to drive fixes and ensure scalable, reliable operations.

The role requires 4–7 years of hands-on experience with production deployments, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency with Linux, Oracle/SQL Server, Docker, and VMware.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in operational support for complex, production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience managing complex application deployments.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with high-volume file mediation systems.
• Solid Linux experience (system administration background a plus).
• Working knowledge of Docker.
• SQL proficiency (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server) — able to write queries for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VMware environments, including VM configuration and sizing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify operational issues before they impact the business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, partnering closely with engineering teams on root-cause analysis.
• Define operational priorities in line with broader business and technical objectives.
• Evaluate and implement operational improvements, including process redesign and automation.
• Assess the impact of system changes, failures, and new deployments across the platform.
• Maintain and enforce operational standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Produce operational reporting by analyzing performance and engineering data/trends.
• Own system and data backup processes, release testing, and upgrade deployments.
• Administer and support Docker-based environments.
• Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices through ongoing learning and engineering collaboration.
