Job summary

Gigmo Solutions in Gurgaon is seeking a Data Operations Associate to manage operational data related to frontline engineer performance, payouts, and key business KPIs. The role requires strong SQL and Excel skills, plus hands-on experience in operational reporting and data management in fast-paced environments.

You'll build daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers, validate payout data, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and leadership to deliver data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain (BTech, BCA, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in Data Operations, MIS, or Operations Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills (mandatory).
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and dashboards.
• Experience handling operational data and payouts.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze operational data for frontline engineers, productivity, and payouts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across operations.
• Validate payout calculations and coordinate with Finance.

Job Overview-

Key Responsibilities

DataOperations& Reporting

• Manage and analyzeoperationaldatarelated to front line engineers, productivity, attendance, SLAs, and payouts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, andoperational trackers.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting acrossoperations.

SQL &DataManagement

• Write and optimize SQL queries fordataextraction, validation, and reporting.
• Work with largedatasets from multiple systems anddatabases.
• Performdatacleaning, reconciliation, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Identify and resolvedatadiscrepancies proactively.

Payout & Performance Management

• Validate front line engineer payout calculations and incentive structures.
• Coordinate with Finance andOperationsteams for payout reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Track productivity, quality, utilization, and performance-related metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely withOperations, Finance, Workforce Management, and Leadership teams.
• Support business reviews throughdata-driven insights andoperational analysis.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting andoperationaldatarequests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical domain (BTech, BCA, ect)
• 2+ years of experience inDataOperations, MIS, orOperationsAnalytics roles.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SQL (mandatory).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, dashboards, anddatavalidation.
• Experience handlingoperational and payout‑relateddata.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high-volumeoperational environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools.
• Understanding of fieldoperations/BPO/customer support environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge ofdatareconciliation andoperational audits.
• Basic understanding of automation tools is an added advantage.
