Job summary

Teoco is seeking an Analytics Operations Engineer to own day‑to‑day performance, stability, and improvement across PM, CM, Revenue Assurance and Business Analytics. You will bridge operations and engineering to ensure scalable reliability.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, define priorities, implement improvements, and support deployments and backups while staying current with tech trends and applying best practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in operational support for complex, production‑grade systems.
• Hands‑on experience managing complex application deployments.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with high‑volume file mediation systems.
• Solid Linux experience (system administration background a plus).
• Working knowledge of Docker.
• SQL proficiency (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server) — able to write queries for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VMware environments, including VM configuration and sizing.

Responsibilities

• Define operational priorities in line with broader business and technical objectives.
• Evaluate and implement operational improvements, including process redesign and automation.

• Maintain and enforce operational standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Produce operational reporting by analyzing performance and engineering data/trends.
• Own system and data backup processes, release testing, and upgrade deployments.
• Administer and support Docker-based environments.
• Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices through ongoing learning and engineering collaboration.

You’ll be the bridge between system operations and engineering — proactively identifying issues, driving fixes, and ensuring these platforms run reliably at scale.
