Job summary

Aeroprime Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Technical Production Support Engineer to join our team in Connaught Place, New Delhi.

The role focuses on monitoring and troubleshooting production applications, APIs, and infrastructure, with on-call responsibilities and inter-team coordination. Ideal candidates will have 3–8+ years of hands-on experience in production support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of experience in production support or related field.
• Strong production troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps and Vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications, APIs, services, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
• Analyze application logs, stack traces, DB queries, and API responses.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor application performance, latency, errors, and availability.
• Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Support deployment, rollback, configuration, and release activities.
• Identify recurring issues and work with development teams on permanent fixes.
• Create and maintain incident reports, RCA documents, and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call/rotational support when required.
