Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud-native platforms. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and container orchestration across multiple environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setting, implement observability, manage incident response, and maintain documentation while following follow-the-sun support model.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure tools: Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Akamai (CDN).
• Proven experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Linux environments with networking/storage fundamentals.
• Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Mimir.
• Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Experience building enterprise-scale web apps across full Agile lifecycle.
• Experience developing scalable, high-availability distributed software systems.
• Development: Golang, Python, Shell; Frontend: JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, JSON; Node.js.
• Familiar with Agile/SAFe and Major Incidents management processes.
• APIs and cross-platform data exchange experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Major Incident Management (MIM) processes and effective incident participation.
