Job summary

The Chopras in Delhi seeks a proactive client liaison to be the first contact for study abroad inquiries. You will engage with students via phone and email, understand their goals, clarify information, and present suitable options.

You will guide applicants through admissions, visa basics, and onboarding on the TC Global Student Portal, coordinating with teams to support administrative requirements and ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients (inbound or outbound) leveraging different platforms
• Understand the goals & objectives of the student(s); identify customer needs, clarify information, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Provide guidance to the student over phone/email about navigating the industry leading TC Global student portal
• Connect with interested customer base and onboard them on the TC Global Student Portal
• Support students on administrative requirements concerning higher education admissions, application and visa management
• Assisting teams in the value chain and across business functions in managing and executing relationships over the phone and online
• Develop insight and exposure into countries, areas of study and businesses
• Study and manage the inflow of data for identification of opportunity and influencing decisions
• Regularly attend in-house Learning & Development sessions and external seminars to improve knowledge/performance level and facilitate career growth
