Job summary

TC Global is seeking a student engagement specialist in Delhi to onboard students, educate them on our Student App, and guide them through discovering opportunities that align with their objectives.

You will partner with an international team to influence course and university choices, keep up with evolving education trends, and build a supportive student community, driving ongoing app usage and retention.

Qualifications

• Some form of global exposure through education or work.
• Experience in Ed-tech, marketplaces, aggregators or platforms.
• 1–2 years of customer interactions experience essential.
• Experience with students or young users and international teams.
• Experience in Student Mobility and international education space.

Responsibilities

• Onboard students to the platform and educate them on how to use the Student App.
• Be invested in the goals and vision of the student to help advance their objectives.
• Help students search, discover and shortlist opportunities that will advance their future.
• Influence and connect key decisions about courses and universities.
• Stay resourceful with changes in student preferences, evolving careers, regulations across international education landscape.
• Build and tap into the broader student community.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly usage and retention on the app to move students to the next stage.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Onboarding students to the platform and educating them on how to make the most of our Student App
• Being super invested in the goals and vision of the student to use our platform and resources to help advance their objectives
• Help students search, discover and shortlist opportunities that will help advance their desired future
• Be a phenomenal influencer and connector of key decisions along the journey, including what courses + uni's to apply to and what uni's to choose when it comes to the final decision
• Be enormously resourceful in keeping up with changes in student preferences, evolving skills, emerging careers, changing regulations, and guidelines across the international education landscape
• Actively build and tap into the broader community to support your base of students
• Drive and accelerate Daily, Weekly and Monthly usage and retention on the app to support student goals in moving from one stage to the next

Requirements:

• Some form of global exposure and experience through education or work
• Prior experience in Ed-tech, marketplaces, aggregators and platforms with strong multi-sided network effects.
• At-least one-two years of strong experience in supporting interactions with users/customers - this is a must as you will be working closely in leading and nurturing students from one stage to the next to help advance their objectives.
• Prior experience in working with students or a young population of users and an international team of stakeholders
• Prior experience in the Student Mobility and International Education space working closely with students and universities
