Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide expert technical support to customers, dealers and sales teams. The role involves delivering product demonstrations, supplying technical data for proposals, and acting as a bridge between sales and engineering to architect effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a High School education or equivalent with 3+ years of experience, and will operate under moderate supervision while following established procedures

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Professionals in this group Provide technical advice to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems .
• Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products .Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff. They are responsible for architecting solutions, conducting product demonstration and providing technical inputs towards proposals.
• Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
• They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification.
• They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.
