Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) in Bengaluru is seeking an entry-level Process Associate/Analyst to support insurance-related processes.

The role involves training in the insurance field, designing solutions for customer issues, and handling administrative tasks across multiple computer programs. Candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate with 0–3 years of experience, excellent English, and basic knowledge of insurance/finance.

• Minimum work experience should be 0-3 years.

• Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
• Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
• The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
