Job summary

Gallagher in India invites applications for a role focused on customer insights and technical product understanding. You will act as the voice of customers, gather feedback for internal stakeholders, and help drive loyalty and retention through strong leadership and project management.

You will be expected to supervise junior teammates, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to performance reviews while coordinating work to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associates Degree, Vocational/Technical education or equivalent and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customers in the organization.
• Gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present insights to internal stakeholders.
• Play a crucial role in creating customer loyalty and retention.
• Well-versed on the technical side of the organization's products/offerings and share tips on use and troubleshooting.
• Act as tech leaders/team leaders and supervise the day-to-day work of junior contributors.
• Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, clients and stakeholders.
• Possess good project management skills and make sound judgments on action paths.
• Responsible for coaching junior team members and may provide inputs on appraisals/feedback.
• Allocate work and ensure delivery in the defined timeframe.
• Possess relevant work experience and desired knowledge.

• Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization.

• They play a crucial role in creating customer loyatly and retention.
• Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.

• They ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, clients and stakeholders.
• They have good project management skills and require appropriate knowledge and skills to make sound judgments and select the alternate course of action.
• They are responsible for managing, coaching junior team members and may provide inputs on appraisals/feedback to employees.
• They are responsible for allocating work and ensure delivery in the defined timeframe.
• They possess relevant work experience and desired knowledge.
