Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking a motivated professional to support day-to-day operations within the insurance domain, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and build process knowledge, with a UK shift alignment.

The role requires 1–2 years of international insurance experience (not claims) and a university degree, with flexibility for UK work hours and strong adherence to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations within the assigned function.
• Execute tasks accurately within defined timelines and SLAs.
• Maintain documentation, records, and process adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Follow defined SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Build functional knowledge of business processes and tools.
• Take ownership of assigned modules or workstreams over time.
