Gallagher in India is seeking an Associate - Claims Reporting to learn and support in assigned processes, achieve required certifications, and deliver high-quality operational support within the Shared Services team.

You will collaborate with colleagues, demonstrate strong communication, and contribute to accurate claims processing with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement for global clients.

Qualificações

• Graduate with a good academic record; any bachelor's degree acceptable.
• Customer service orientation and insurance domain knowledge are a plus.
• 1 year of insurance experience is beneficial.

Overview

The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for Associate to join our esteemed Claims t eam. As an associate – Claims Reporting, the associate will be responsible for learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, successfully completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within the Shared Services team.

About you

Qualifications:

• Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
• Preferred Degree: Any bachelors degree
• Certificate(s)/Special Training: Customer Service - Need to have/ Insurance Domain knowledge - Good to have

Experience (Career Level Guide):

• 1 yr of experience in Insurance will be good to have
• Good Academic record (50% or above)
• Knowledge, Skills and Ability
  Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Good Comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge of computers
