Job summary

SILCOSYS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Layout Engineer in Bengaluru to lead analog layout activities, focusing on LDO, Bandgap and Oscillator blocks. You will drive floorplanning and ensure robust RC extraction and Calibre PV checks.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience in analog layout, familiarity with Finfet technologies, and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in analog layout design of critical blocks (LDO, Bandgap, Oscillators).
• Strong understanding of Finfet technologies and foundry practices.
• Experience with top-level floorplanning and hierarchical layout methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Layout design for analog blocks with emphasis on performance and reliability.
• Ensure ECAD and physical verification checks (DRC/LVS/Antenna) are met.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize floorplan and routing.

Position: Senior Layout Engineer

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Role Description

• Hands-on experience in layout design of critical analog blocks such as LDO, Bandgap, Oscillators etc.
• Must have experience in Finfet technologies. Samsung foundry experience is preferred.
• Must have expertise on Totem EMIR & Self-heating effects, Star RC extraction, and Calibre PV checks (DRC, LVS, Antenna, ERC, PERC etc.).
• Good Understanding of layout fundamentals (Matching, EM, ESD, Latch up, coupling, crosstalk etc.).
• Good understanding of circuit design concepts and analog design.
• Experience in top-level floorplan, hierarchical layout methodologies.
• Good Verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate should be already on company’s payroll.
• Candidates having only memory/Standard Cell layout experience are not relevant to this requirement.
