Job summary

Workline Private Limited seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop and deliver high-quality learning content across ILT, VILT and digital formats. The role partners with business stakeholders to drive channel learning roadmaps and end-to-end L&D projects.

You will manage content creation, tutorials and roadmaps, while driving continuous improvement and innovation to meet business needs. A strong emphasis on quality, timelines and stakeholder collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing ILT, VILT and digital learning content.
• Ability to plan and manage L&D projects end to end.
• Strong communication and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute channel learning roadmaps with timelines and priorities.
• Partner with Channel Heads for reviews and action tracking.
• Deliver L&D projects end to end with milestones and sign-off.
• Design ILT/VILT content including modules, scripts, videos and roadmaps.
• Create digital content (storyboards, videos, e-learning, EDMs) with quality and timeliness.
• Conduct field visits or virtual connections to capture insights and improve relevance.
• Promote self development through certifications and structured learning.
• Conceptualize and implement new L&D initiatives aligned to business needs.

Role Summary

Responsible for designing and executing channel specific learning roadmaps, delivering high quality ILT, VILT, and digital learning content, managing L&D projects, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving continuous self development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved Channel Learning Roadmaps in line with timelines and business priorities
• Partner with Channel Heads / Training Heads through structured reviews and action tracking
• Manage and deliver L&D projects end to end with clear milestones and stakeholder sign off
• Design and develop ILT / VILT content including modules, assessments, scripts, videos, TTT, and learning roadmaps
• Create digital learning content (storyboards, videos, e learning, EDMs) with quality and timeliness
• Conduct field visits / virtual connects to capture ground insights and enhance learning relevance
• Drive self development through certifications and structured learning
• Conceptualize and implement new L&D initiatives aligned to business needs
