Job summary

VTP Realty in Pune is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our properties. You will coordinate with housekeeping, security, and service vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role includes monitoring building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), managing budgets, handling tenant complaints, and guiding fit-outs and renovations. Strong vendor management and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in Facility Management, preferably in Real Estate.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance and vendor management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
