Job summary

Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd invites a Sr. Manager / AGM Facilities Management to lead facilities management operations for a large residential/commercial project in Malad (Madh), Mumbai.

The role covers MEP services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety, lifts and building systems, ensuring reliable operation and strict regulatory compliance. You will manage AMC, vendors and service partners, monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance, energy consumption and operating costs, and

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Facilities Management operations for the project.
• Manage MEP services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety, lifts and building systems.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all engineering and facility services.
• Manage AMC, vendors, contractors and service partners and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance, energy consumption and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Project, Security, Housekeeping and other internal teams for smooth operations.
• Handle facility budgets, MIS, audits and documentation.
• Drive service quality, cost optimisation and customer/occupant satisfaction.
