Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium occupier experience with housekeeping, landscaping, concierge and common area management.
  • Manage daily operations of Grade A commercial buildings and ensure service quality.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for facility operations and maintenance.
  • Lead vendor governance, contract management and AMC performance.
  • Assist in budgeting, CAM tracking and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms, labour laws and ISO/Green Building standards.
  • Oversee project handovers, tenant fit-outs and minor renovations.
  • Lead teams of engineers, hospitality staff and security with regular reviews.

Role Overview

The Deputy General Manager – Hospitality & Property Management will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of premium commercial properties while ensuring exceptional occupier experience, operational efficiency, asset preservation, statutory compliance, and hospitality-driven service delivery.

The incumbent will support the General Manager in driving operational excellence, vendor governance, customer satisfaction, preventive maintenance, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Occupier Experience
  • Deliver a premium hospitality experience for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping, landscaping, concierge, reception, and common area management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through regular feedback and service reviews.
  • Resolve occupier complaints within defined turnaround times.
  • Enhance tenant engagement through events, awareness programs, and community initiatives.
Property Operations
  • Manage daily operations of Grade A commercial buildings.
  • Ensure uninterrupted functioning of all building services.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for smooth facility operations.
  • Monitor building performance and recommend operational improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality.
Technical Services Coordination

Coordinate operation and maintenance of:

  • HVAC Systems
  • Electrical Distribution Systems
  • DG Sets
  • Fire Detection & Fire Fighting Systems
  • STP & WTP
  • Elevators & Escalators
  • Plumbing Systems
  • Building Management System (BMS)
  • CCTV & Access Control

Ensure minimum downtime through effective preventive maintenance planning.

Preventive Maintenance
  • Implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Track equipment health and maintenance history.
  • Monitor AMC performance.
  • Ensure timely closure of breakdowns.
  • Improve asset life through predictive maintenance practices.
Vendor & Contract Management
  • Manage all facility service partners.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations.
  • Verify service levels and contractual compliance.
  • Process vendor certifications and invoices.
  • Support contract renewals and tender evaluations.
